If you want to remove ShopTab App from your Facebook Fan page follow these steps:

1)  Visit your Facebook Fan Page and  under the Manage button in your Admin Panel click on "Edit Page"

2) Click on App on left sidebar

3) Click the X mark on right side of ShopTab Application

4) Confirm on pop up box that you want to remove ShopTab and this will remove ShopTab from your page
