You may have heard that Facebook is reducing the custom tabs from 760 pixels to 520 pixels width. ShopTab is aware of this change and is working with our team to adjust the layout to accommodate this change before the launch date from Facebook of August 23, 2010. If you are on your Facebook page and see the preview notice from Facebook this is so you can see how all custom tabs would look. Your Facebook fans will not see this reduced change so you do not need to submit a ticket about this issue.
The only change you will have to make is reducing your image banner ad size from 760 pixels to 520 pixels wide. You can go ahead and do that now. If you have any other questions or concerns please let us know. As always, we really appreciate that you are using ShopTab on Facebook.
Thank you!

Currently ShopTab admin does not provide an ordering system to move products around or to feature specific products onto the home page; however, there is a simple solution to organize your products. For existing ShopTab users follow these steps:
1) Log into http://admin.shoptab.net and then click on My Products tab which should be the default page you land on
2) At the bottom of your products click Export Products
3) Open the Export Products in a spreadsheet program like Microsoft Excel
4) Once open delete the ID column as this is an ID column assigned by the ShopTab database
5) Organize your products in the way you want them to show on ShopTab. The products near the top of the spreadsheet are those that will show 1st. Special Note that on the 1st page of your Facebook ShopTab 10 products are displayed. If you want specific products to always show on the 1st page make sure those are the 1st 10 products at the top of your spreadsheet
6) Once done organizing all your products save the file as a .csv to your computer
7) On ShopTab admin at http://admin.shoptab.net before you upload the new .csv file make sure you click the box on top left of My Products tab to delete all existing products. By checking this box all products will have a check box next to them. Once all products are checked scroll to the bottom of My Products tab and click the delete button
8) After all products are deleted click the Data Feed tab and upload your new .csv file. Wait about 5 seconds (based on average 500 products file) and then click on My Products tab and all your products should be displayed. If you run into any issues please submit your .csv file, email address you use to log into ShopTab admin in a ticket at http://support.shoptab.net
Once the steps above are completed your Facebook ShopTab products or services will be displayed in the exact order you desire. Let us know if any questions.
