How To Organize Your Categories & Products in ShopTab's Facebook Store

ShopTab has a very easy to use reordering feature within the administration interface. This feature is available to all users.

On your "My Products" page, click on the "Change Order" and choose to make a change to your product or category order.

Once on each page, you can either drag and drop your products in the order you desire using the icon in the left column or edit the rank field by entry of the order you desire for that product.

All products in your store will appear on this page. Your changes will be immediately updated in your Facebook Store.

You may change the listing order of the categories in your Facebook Store drop down menu by editing the category order. These changes will not change the order of your listings on the My Product page.

    That was not helpful. I need to delete a subcategory and see no option also need to delete a category and see no options??? so when customers click the category the subcategory pops up and they click that which has no products on it and they think I have nothing there and move on. not knowing just to click the category itself. why is there no option to delete these. it is our store and we are not web designers shouldn't we have the option to delete our mistakes???

    As we noted in the support ticket response, the categories and subcategories are created and changed in the product listings. You can make these changes on each product listing or use the Product Feed option to download all products to a spreadsheet and then make your changes and then upload those changes.
