Having a back-up of your store is an important step to successfully managing your store. A back-up of the listings will be critical in the event that you delete listings unintentionally or potentially even your full catalog.
Steps to back-up your store:
- Log into ShopTab's admin - http://admin.shoptab.net
- At the bottom of your product listings there is an option called "Download"
- Once the file is downloaded make sure to save it at least one copy on to your PC or to a file server location.
In the event you need to use the back-up, you can upload it under Product Feed tab using the manual option to fully restore the products in your store.
