    there is no green connect button only the store number. what's the problem?

    Hi, I am unable to install app on either computer nor phone. Where do I got to activate "call to action"?

    Sorry to hear that. When you click to install the app, what happens? In terms of the call to action button, that should be on your FB fan page. Can you send me a link to your FB fan page?

    When I click "number 2, add app to facebook" a white blank page comes up. I hit refresh and still nothing

    You do have a facebook fan page for your business, correct? Not just a personal page. Can you send me a link to that page where you want to add the app?

    Yes, Facebook won't let us put the app on a personal profile.

    It looks like you have a Public Figure page that is a fan or business page.

    The public figure page now has the store on the page. In terms of getting logged out, are you having internet issues? We don't have any reports of system or network issues on our end.     Do I need to change my fan page to business page in order to create call to action? If I do, how do I change it without leaving my followers?
